Host Hotel:  Hilton Whistler Resort & Spa
We are so excited to be working with the Hilton Whistler Resort & Spa for the next three years as our official host hotel throughout the year.  The Hilton has a wicked location, just steps from both Whistler & Blackcomb for skiing/snowboarding in the winter and an excellent location in the summer right in front of the Whistler Golf Driving Range and steps from the Mountain Bike Park.

What we love about this property, besides the location, are the large spacious rooms with some suites equipped with wood burning fireplaces and your own private sauna!  It is perfect for entertaining.  Another reason we love this property is the pool and fitness area.  It has a great outside heated pool, hot tubs and the exotic Taman Sari Royal Heritage Spa.  WinterPRIDE's ticket registration will be based from the hotel as well as some of our après ski events at the hotel's CBB's bar.

Coast Blackcomb Suites
The Coast (formerly the Residence Inn by Marriott) is a WinterPRIDE favorite location for our hard core skiers/boards. No doubt this is one of the best ski-in/ski-out locations where you can quite literally ski right into the lobby of the hotel. Located at the top of Painted Cliff Road on Blackcomb you get to have a mini run in before you hit the Wizard Chair. Our favorite feature: Ski Lockers that back out onto the ski slopes.

 

Pan Pacific Whistler has two locations - Pan Pacific Whistler Mountainside their original location that boosts "Whistler's Best Address" situated right at the base of Skiers' Plaza in front of the Blackcomb Excalibur Gondola and the Whistler Village Gondola.  For those that want the shortest distance to the slopes with their ski boots.... This is the location for you.  Our favorite feature: The hotel's 2nd floor salt water pool and hot tubs over looking Skiers' Plaza - no doubt one of the sunniest pool decks in Whistler.

Pan Pacific Whistler Village Centre is our host hotel for the historic PRIDE House debuting at the 2010 Olympic Winter Games & the Paralympic Winter Games.  Located in the heart of Whistler's village and just minutes from the ski slopes make this an ideal location to be close to the action and the shopping district.  Our favorite feature:  The Pacific Lounge with their complimentary breakfast buffet and the afternoon happy hour.

 

Delta Whistler Village Suites located in Village North surrounded by the trending shopping district and a short walk to the base of Whistler & Blackcomb.  This all-suite property continues to be a favorite among our WinterPRIDE and skiOUT guests.  Our favorite feature:  In-suite laundry to keep your ski clothes fresh & dry!

 

Associate Properties:

Holiday Inn Sunspree Whistler located in the centre of the village next to the Pan Pacific Whistler Village Centre has a great location and great rates!  The Holiday Inn is a fantastic value property with excellent price points all rooms equipped with kitchenettes makes coming to Whistler economical.  Our favorite feature:  Besides the room rate, we love the suites with a Murphy Bed - during the day you have loads of room for entertaining when the bed is put up and at night your living room is suddenly transformed into a bedroom!  Love it!

 

Whistler Select Accommodation located throughout the village is a huge portfolio of luxury homes and condos from three bedroom townhouses to 9 bedroom chalets.  If you travel with a posse or a group and want to stay together this is the ideal solution to your winter vacation experience.  Call our central reservations at 1.866.787.1966 to find the perfect property for your needs.  Our favorite feature:  Okay, our favorite property is Le Chamois Penthouse - the private hot tub and huge kitchen/dining room were the perfect place for entertaining and having a great pre-party!

The Chateau Whistler has consistently been rated as one of the top 50 ski resorts by Condè Nast Traveler and offers quality, luxury and service in unparalleled mountain surroundings.  Our favorite feature: The Fairmont Gold Lounge but you have to be staying on the Gold Floor.  Something about having your own concierge at your beckon call to get you in all the hottest places in Whistler, not to mention the healthy continental breakfast in lounge and afternoon canapès.

When you make your reservation(s) through GayWhistler or one of our designated partners you are helping us quantify the business our community brings into the resort.  Without this tracking it is difficult for our partners to quantify their investment and realize their return on the investment (ROI).  Without the support of our partners the festival may not be possible as venue space, hosting and other expenses would make the end ticket price too expensive and unattainable for many of our guests to come.  This would go against the spirit of what WinterPRIDE is about.
